A182f11 is a common material in American standard plate flange.A182-f11 belongs to American Standard pearlite tissue heat resistant steel forgings, and the executive standard is astm-a182/a182m-2017 "American Society of materials and testing standards: Standard for forged or rolled alloy steel and stainless steel pipe flange, forged pipe fittings, valves and parts for high temperature"
A182-f11 has high thermal strength at high temperature（ δ B ≥ 440mpa) and oxidation resistance, and has a certain anti hydrogen corrosion ability. Because of the high content of Cr, C and other alloy elements in the steel, the hardening tendency of steel is obvious and the weldability is poor. The comprehensive properties of the steel are greatly improved by adding CR, Mo and other alloy elements into the low carbon steel. For example, it has good mechanical properties, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, toughness, process performance and weldability, so it is widely used in the manufacture of large equipment with harsh service conditions and complex corrosion medium such as petrochemical industry, coal conversion, nuclear power, steam turbine block and thermal power.
