Production Process Introduction
 | HEATING We use the gas heating equipment to heat the forging discs, and we keep checking the temperature during this,to make sure it will reach the correct temperature for forging part. |
FORGING We have air harmmer,roliing machine,and pressure harmmer, we can make many kinds of different types of forgings,and we have the best delivery time to satisfy the customers. | |
 | RING ROLLING It can roll all the rings,discs with very fast speed and even save the material,and also make our pricesto be competitive. |
Machining We use all CNC machining to keep the surface and finish of flanges is good,as well as the dimentions.We also use the CNC driling machines which were imported from Taiwan province,in order to make sure the inside of the bolt holes are smooth and the diameter of the bolts are good. | |
 | Protecion of rust After machining flanges,we will protect them by using light oil,black painting,yellow painting,and hot deep galvanized, Nitrous acid |
Light oil: easy and normal.
Painting: Black and yellow,blue or others,according to the customer’s request.
Galvanized(Hot Dip Galv): Through the hot dipped galvanization on the product surface to form the layer of zinc plating,making it more anticorrosion,and beautiful.
Nitrous acid: Not very popular,it can only protect for one two weeks,especially for the customers request.
Packing
We use the plywood plates in the cases to protect each floor of the flanges,and our cases are improved during these years,it is very strong and very comfortable for our customer to handle.
