This method has strict requirements for heat treatment equipment and needs to increase additional cost. AC1 = 736, AC3 = 810, the heating temperature during sub temperature quenching is 740-810. The heating temperature is 780 and the quenching holding time is 15 minutes. The tempering temperature after quenching is 630, and the tempering heating holding time is 50 minutes. Because the sub temperature quenching is heated in the two-phase region, the quenching is carried out in the state of retaining some undissolved ferrite. While maintaining a high degree, the toughness is improved. At the same time, the low-temperature quenching is lower than the conventional temperature, which reduces the quenching stress, reduces the quenching deformation, ensures the smooth progress of heat treatment production, and provides good raw materials for subsequent turning. The process has been applied in the processing plant. The quality data show that the yield strength rt0.6, tensile strength RM 910-940mpa and impact toughness Akv 65-85j of the steel pipe after heat treatment meet the damage resistance requirements.
