Application of BL flange of A105 blind plate（II）

A105 blind BL flange is generally used in the pipeline. One of the functions of A105 blind BL flange is to seal the end of the pipeline, and the other is to facilitate the cleaning of debris in the pipeline during maintenance. In terms of plugging effect, it has the same effect as the head and cap. But there is no way to remove the head, and the blind flange is fixed with bolts, which is very convenient to remove. Loosen the bolts to rotate the pipes on both sides, and then tighten them to facilitate the disassembly and assembly of pipes, which are made of carbon steel flanges. The BL flange of A105 blind plate is the connecting device of two large-diameter pipes, usually two flange plates and several fastening bolts. Carbon steel flange is made of carbon steel. Low carbon steel has good plasticity and low strength. After adding appropriate amount of carbon element, it will become hard, reduce plasticity and enhance strength. Flange connection may need to bear high tensile, compressive, torsional and shear strength. A105 blind BL flange is a better choice.
