Pressure problem of flange

When making an inquiry, many customers often fail to clearly describe the flanges that need an inquiry. This kind of flange inquiry is usually missing. After receiving the inquiry and sorting it out, our salesman will contact the customer to supplement the missing flange inquiry information such as standard pressure surface treatment. The flange pressure is the most easily lost in the customer's flange inquiry, but this data is very important for production. According to the standard, the pressure mark can be divided into PN mark and class mark to indicate the pressure problem of the flange. Today, we will explain the pressure problem of the flange to the customer. First, let's introduce the pressure registration type of PN mark. The PN mark has 12 pressure levels: pn2.5; PN6; PN10; PN16; PN25; PN40; PN63; PN100; PN160; PN250; PN320; PN400

After talking about the PN mark, let's talk about the class mark, also known as the CL mark. The class mark has six pressure levels: Class 150; Class 300; Class 600; Class 900; Class 1500; Class 2500。 This is our common carbon steel stainless steel flange pressure rating type. Of course, we may not have a complete list, but when you make an inquiry with us, the pressure requirements of your flange can also be listed, and the corresponding standards must be listed. It is convenient for us to provide services for you. The pressure of the flange needs to be marked in the flange inquiry mainly because we produce the flange according to the size and tolerance range required by the standards of various countries or industries. Different from the flange not produced according to the standard size, we usually call it non-standard flange. Generally, some customers have other requirements on the project, so we can not fully follow the standard, But the pressure of the flange has a great impact on the performance of the flange. Therefore, we hope the customer can understand that in future flange inquiries, we should remember to increase the flange pressure requirements.
