2. The connected pipes are respectively installed with a flange with a grooved ring;
3. Carry out 90° flanging process on the ends of the two pipes. After the flanging, the ports should be polished vertically and flat, without burrs, unevenness, and deformation. The nozzles need to be rounded with special tools;
4. It can also be welded on the pipe with the finished flanging short pipe; 5. Insert the stainless steel sealing ring with O-shaped rubber sealing ring installed on both sides into the flange with grooved ring. The inner hole diameter of the stainless steel sealing ring is the same as the inner diameter of the pipe, which are concentric circles;
6. Connect the flange holes with bolts, and the bolt assembly needs to be tightened symmetrically;
7. During the tightening process, the flanging planes of the two pipes are pushed axially, and the O-rings on both sides are evenly compressed to form a rigid contact and flexible sealing state, so that the joint is sealed.
