Forged pipe flange is a kind of pipe fitting product made by forging. The so-called forging is the pipe fitting forged by using impact force. The processing method of forged pipe is to apply a certain pressure on the corresponding metal blank by using the forging machine of * to make the metal blank produce a certain plastic deformation, so that the forgings with certain mechanical properties, certain shapes and certain dimensions can be obtained. The application of this cold forging process technology of forged pipe not only improves the smoothness, size accuracy and surface strength of the forged pipe bore, but also extends the service life of the forged pipe, making its application in the pipeline system more effective.
The existing forged pipes generally have the following problems: low service pressure, poor mechanical properties, difficult processing, short service life, etc. In addition, due to the short manufacturing size, it can not meet the actual use requirements.
The forged pipe flange includes heating the pipe ends to be connected in a welding chamber, while keeping the heated pipe ends aligned and parallel with each other at a small interval (S), then pressing the heated pipe ends together, and meanwhile injecting a reducing protective gas into the welding chamber. The position of the pipe ends is monitored by a camera connected to a high-temperature measurement and position monitoring system, which automatically adjusts the relative position of the pipe ends and the heat added to the pipe ends during the heating process until the pipe ends reach a predetermined temperature, and then makes the pipe ends move relative to each other (S+D). This distance * the monitored interval (S) between the pipe ends in the superheating process, and the difference is a selected external distance (D), In order to make the pipe ends firmly pressed against each other, the thickening outside and/or inside the pipe ends in the welding area shall be limited to an acceptable level.
