According to the design experience and the technical requirements in the gear flange and forging drawing, the flange draft angle is about 2 except for the 42mm diameter. The other flange parts are designed to have a vertical surface without draft inclination, so that the geometric shape and dimensional accuracy of flanges and forgings can be determined.
