However, there is no way to disassemble the head, and the blind flange is fixed with bolts, which is very convenient for disassembly. There are many types of sealing surfaces, including plane, convex, concave convex, tenon groove and ring joint. Because of its good sealing performance, it is generally used as a reliable isolation means for systems that need complete isolation. The blind flange is a solid circle with a handle, which is used for systems that are normally isolated. The spectacle blind flange is shaped like a spectacle. One end is a blind flange and the other end is a throttling ring, but its diameter is the same as the pipe diameter and does not play a throttling role. The spectacle blind flange is easy to use. When isolation is required, the blind end is used. When normal operation is required, the throttling ring end is used. At the same time, it can also be used to fill the installation gap of the blind on the pipeline. Another feature is that the identification is obvious and it is easy to identify the installation status. All connecting parts that are bolted around two planes and closed at the same time are generally called "flanges". For example, the connection of ventilation pipes, this kind of parts can be called "flange parts". However, this connection is only a part of the equipment, such as the connection between the flange and the water pump, so it is not good to call the water pump "flange parts". Smaller ones, such as valves, can be called "flange parts". Reducer flange is used for connection between motor and reducer, and connection between reducer and other equipment.
