The end of the year-end , the factory production of ASTM A182 316L Flange products has been finished, this batch of goods technical difficulty is not high, we must strictly in accordance with the customer provided drawings for processing production, the factory in processing encountered some trouble, there is a processing our factory technology is not up to, need to ask other factory technical workers to our factory to do technical guidance to complete. At that time, the factory also invited other technical workers to our factory site to see the processing can be processed but more difficult, then the factory did not process. The person in charge of the factory did not inform our ASTM A182 316L Flange product sales salesman. When the third party inspector returned to the factory with our sales salesman, the customer required more inspection items. Two days later, the customer sent an email feedback message saying that the most critical place of the video and pictures was not processed. The specific customer has a red pen on the picture indicating that "the flange bolt hole needs to be processed and the sunk hole". Fortunately, the customer found out, otherwise send away the goods, the customer will receive the goods too late, then we will lose too much, to bear the freight back and forth. The processing and redelivery seriously affect the delivery time of ASTM A182 316L Flange. Our sales colleague informed the head of the factory as soon as possible and asked the factory to process the sunk holes at the flange bolt holes. After the processing is completed, our factory inspector sends self-inspection videos and pictures to the salesman colleagues, who will forward the product to the customer, wait for the customer to reply, and then package the ASTM A182 316L Flange products before delivery.
