We took full responsibility for this matter and compensated all the costs caused by the anchor flanges to the customer, This is our responsibility. Another anchor flange salesman who has been in the company for two years also made a low-level mistake, because she was a newcomer and started from domestic customers. She didn't know enough about the habits of foreign customers and forgot to ask the customers about surface treatment. Middle Eastern customers generally choose black paint surface treatment for anchor flanges, and the domestic customers she had previously treated were all treated with antirust oil. Although the antirust oil treatment and the yellow and black paint treatment have the same effect except that they are different on the surface, they are different for customers. Therefore, based on this, the company adjusted the working templates of anchor flanges and other flanges to reduce the error rate of salespeople.
