What is the difference between blanking tolerance of Blind Flanges?

In the actual production and processing, the accuracy of each processing link of Blind Flanges should follow the tolerance required by the purchaser or the tolerance specified in the standard of Blind Flanges to be produced. During the production of Blind Flanges, it is mainly used in turning, milling, planing, grinding, drilling and boring. Attention should be paid to the machining tolerance. Shanxi Haokun flanges Group Co., Ltd. is here today to introduce the tolerance problems that need to be paid attention to in all links of Blind Flanges production.

The first link: cutting, i.e. turning. This is the first step in the production of Blind Flanges. It is mainly the raw material for cutting Blind Flanges. Turning is generally carried out on the lathe to process the inner and outer cylindrical surface, end face, conical surface, forming surface and thread of the Blind Flanges. The blanking link shall comply with the tolerance, but it is larger than the tolerance of the finished product. In order to leave machining allowance for the Blind Flanges. 1) Rough turning Blind Flanges mainly adopts large cutting depth and large feed rate to improve the blanking efficiency of Blind Flanges without reducing the cutting speed, but the tolerance is slightly larger, the accuracy is slightly worse, and the surface roughness is also slightly worse. 2) The blanking of Blind Flanges in semi finish turning and finish turning adopts high-speed and small feed rate and cutting depth. The tolerance is smaller and the smoothness is higher than that of Blind Flanges in rough turning. 3) In higher precision lathes, high-speed precision turning with finely polished diamond turning tools, i.e. mirror turning, will make the smoothness extremely high. However, due to the general requirements of Blind Flanges, the machining allowance is reserved in the front link, and the mirror is generally not made. This method is generally used for colored metal parts.
