However, after the occurrence of COVID-19, Shanxi Haokun flanges Group Co., Ltd. has not taken the PL flange to any exhibition in order to ensure the life safety of the staff related to the PL flange and prevent the problem of domestic epidemic input. No PL flange salesperson has visited customers abroad. Therefore, if there are PL flanges sold in the name of our company in the market, please don't believe it. On the premise that the health of the sales staff related to PL flange cannot be guaranteed, we will not send salesmen abroad to visit customers and participate in the exhibition. When we were checking the quotation of PL flange, a customer pointed out that the booth map of OTC exhibition in 2022 in the United States had the name of our company and asked whether we would go to the exhibition or invite someone to attend to show the PL flange. At first, we ignored it and thought that the PL flange purchaser was wrong. But there are still customers and we reflect this problem. However, our PL flange products will not participate in the American exhibition this year, and we also received the invoice of the organizer asking us for the booth fee by email, so we contacted the organizer of American OTC. Because we had contacted the person in charge of the organizer about the refund before, and we had received the refund, so we could not participate in the exhibition. The person in charge of the organizer confirmed after inquiry, It was their staff who forgot that we had cancelled our participation in the exhibition, so there was an oolong. Now they have handled it internally and cancelled our invoices.
