1. First, before taking out the purchased flange, it is necessary to slightly clean the appearance of the flange, especially the sealing surface of the flange.
2. When preparing to install the flange, the customer should put the end of the pipe to be connected into the inner diameter of the flange for a few centimeters before welding the flange and the corresponding pipe. If it is a horizontal pipe, the flange shall be welded from the top, and then the welding position of the flange shall be checked and calibrated from the vertical angle in different directions, so that the sealing surface is perpendicular to the centerline of the pipe. At the same time, pay attention to the correct spot welding during welding.
3. Use a square to check the position of the flange on the left and right, and fix the flange through the third and fourth spot welding.
4. In many cases, flanges need to be used in pairs. When flanges are used in pairs, the bolt holes of the flanges should be aligned with the corresponding bolt holes of the fixed flanges and parallel to the fixed flanges. The deviation should not be less than 1.5%. The outer diameter of each flange is very large and not more than 2mm.
5. When selecting the matching flange, be sure to pay attention to the consistency between the diameter of the flange and the outer diameter of the part to be connected, so as to ensure the tightness.
