Because there are many inquiries and orders for flange surfacing recently, we may have known some knowledge of flange surfacing before. However, after recent research and study, we know that our previous understanding of flange surfacing is too small. We once thought that customers chose the surfacing of flanges to save costs. Recently, we found that this is not the case through learning. As far as we know, surfacing, as an economic and rapid process method for material surface modification, is more and more widely used in the manufacturing and repair of parts in various industrial departments. The surfacing treatment of flange is also developed under this background. And in recent years, the surfacing treatment of flange is quite popular in the flange industry. Surfacing is divided into manual arc surfacing, arc surfacing, electroslag surfacing and cold pile surfacing. The surfacing of our flange is mainly treated by cold pile surfacing. Its principle is to use the principle of high-frequency electric spark discharge to carry out non thermal surfacing on the workpiece to repair the surface defects and wear of metal workpiece, so as to ensure the integrity of the workpiece; The strengthening function can also be used to strengthen the workpiece to realize the wear resistance, heat resistance and corrosion resistance of the workpiece. The cold welding and surfacing equipment does not deform, anneal, have high fusion strength and wear resistance after repairing the metal products. Through this study, our salesman has a deeper understanding of flange surfacing. The corrosion resistance of the stainless steel flange should be well understood by the customer in the negotiation.
