Summary of physical properties of Dingxiang module flange forging

Dingxiang module flange forging applies a certain pressure to the metal, and then changes its shape. For forging manufacturers, if they want to shape different shapes or use the required forging products through plastic deformation, they must control the level of construction pressure. At the same time, Dingxiang module flange forging can not be forged without corresponding temperature, and pressure and temperature are indispensable.

The normalizing process of the flange forging of Dingxiang module is a heat treatment process in which the steel parts for forging are heated to AC 3 phase (or ACM) above 30 ~ 50 ℃, kept for an appropriate time, and cooled in still air. The steel is heated to 100 ~ 150 ℃ above AC3 for normalizing, and the normalizing high temperature is invoked. The main purpose of low carbon steel casting, forging and normalizing is to refine the structure. Compared with annealing, the grain size of normalized fine pearlite lamellar ferrite is relatively small, so it has higher strength and hardness. The hardness of the low-carbon steel of the flange forging of Dingxiang module after annealing is too low, which leads to poor cutting performance and hardness when the stuck knife improves the cutting phenomenon by normalizing. The cutting performance can be improved. In some parts, the normalizing of medium carbon steel replaces quenching, and the simplified heat treatment process can be used.

Dingxiang module flange forging generally applies pressure to the metal by using a hammer. In this way, by changing the particle structure of the flange forging material, its physical properties are changed. Therefore, it can be seen from this process that under the conditions of large forgings and equipment forging, what the designers of Dingxiang module flange forging need to do is to make the flow direction of metal particles consistent with the direction of main pressure.
