Shaking and tooth breakage of slewing ring flange

In addition to the problem of abnormal noise, the slewing ring flange often shakes and breaks teeth. Today, let's talk about the specific reasons

After the slewing ring flange starts to work, the bearing clearance is about 3-5 times that of the factory inspection, and it can be used within this range.

(1) The mounting bolts are loose, causing shaking during operation. Please immediately check the inner and outer ring mounting bolts of all slewing ring flanges and tighten them as required. (2) The steel structure supporting the slewing ring flange is not rigid enough, resulting in elastic deformation during loading, resulting in shaking of the whole slewing ring flange. Increase the strength of the steel structure supporting the slewing ring flange.(3) Check whether the operation of slewing ring flange is overloaded and operate in strict accordance with the regulations.(4) The long-term overload operation leads to the collapse of the raceway installed on the slewing ring flange, and the clearance is too large.

Now, the tooth breakage of slewing ring flange is mainly analyzed from two aspects:

(1) Broken teeth are often directly related to installation, mainly due to the following reasons:During installation, the side clearance of the large and small gears was adjusted improperly, which did not meet the requirements, resulting in poor meshing of the two gears and broken teeth. The axes of the large and small gears are not parallel. After installation, the large and small gears of the slewing ring flange mesh poorly, resulting in broken teeth. The rotary mounting bolts are not firmly fixed, and the big and small gears are poorly meshed, resulting in broken teeth.

(2) Use aspectViolation of operating regulations, overload and rotation, main engine collision (cleaning) obstacles, etc. When the slewing ring flange is meshed with the pinion, there is foreign matter stuck.
