1. Set as few blind boards as possible on the premise of satisfying the technological requirements.
2. The blind must be marked normally open or normally closed.
3. The position of the Blind Board in the cut-off Valve, upstream or downstream, should be based on the cut-off effect, safety and process requirements to decide.
