Stainless steel is familiar to everyone because it is mainly used in food industry and surgical equipment. This requires that the sealing surface must be machined after the welding ring and the connecting pipe are welded. It is generally used under the operating pressure of 2.5MPa. For smooth face flat welding flange, due to poor connection rigidity and poor sealing performance, martensitic stainless steel flange should not be used for equipment with high air tightness requirements for toxic, flammable and explosive media.
The structural connection stainless steel flange adopts carbon steel flange or duplex stainless steel flange. If carbon steel flange is adopted, the surface needs nickel plating, and the clamp material adopts cast aluminum zl7 The sealing roughness of the connecting disc is 20, and there shall be no obvious radial grooves and scratches.
