Haokun has Integration of operations from cutting,forging,heat treatment,machining,surface treatment(painting),packing.Main products are flanges and forgings made from carbon steel, stainless steel,alloy steel,Aluminum alloy,Nickel alloys.Haokun has the production lines of annual 20 thousands tons flanges and forgings,and also 10 thousands tons rolling rings,the main producing equipments including :CNC cutting machines,air hammer,Mechanical forging hammer,Electric screw press machines,D52 CNC rolling machines,vertical rolling machines,Car-type heat treatment furnace,Chamber furnace,CNC lathes,Automated robot machining line,Large vertical lathe,CNC high speed drilling machine,and other machining,milling,planing machines more than 130 units. Haokun have independent State-level laboratories and inspection equipments,we can make inside inspection and also for outside companies.The main inspection equipments including : Spectroanalysis instrument，Metallographic analyzer, universal testing machine,supersonic reflectoscope, Brinell hardness tester, Low temperature impact test instrument, Infrared thermometer more than 30 units.
